Ara Chea is an accomplished education leader with more than 15+ years of experience in Liberia and the US Public Schools.  She has vast experience as a trainer/facilitator in the public and private sectors as well as international organizations. She is skilled in education administration, institutional development and negotiating and building collaborative relationships with a broad range of partners.

She is passionate about organic gardening and interior designs.
