Director of Programs in Ghana
Job Description
Salary: $35,000 – $45,000, annually, depending on level of experience and education
Term: August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2016. (May start earlier if available.) There would be opportunities to stay with AgriCorps in this role or other roles after July 31, 2016.

Time off: 4 weeks around December
Home Base: Koforidua, Eastern Region, Ghana, West Africa
Required Qualifications:
- College Degree
- Agricultural Education, 4-H, or FFA background
- Experience living in a developing country
Recommended Experience:
Past experience with volunteer-based organizations such as Peace Corps
Job Description:
- Manage the AgriCorps Members (ACMs)
- Pre-Service Training
- In-Service Training
- Emergency Issues
- Risk Management
- Quality Management
- Encouragement and Support
- Be the liaison between AgriCorps and 4-H Ghana
- Communicate and report regularly to AgriCorps leadership on issues developing in the field
- Establish a local network (companies, NGOs, USAID, government officials, etc.) to support the work of AgriCorps and 4-H Ghana
